1. Who can use Enneagram AI Coach

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Not professional advice

Enneagram AI Coach is a tool for self-reflection and personal growth. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or mental-health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI coach provides general guidance only and may be inaccurate. If you are struggling or in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users in community spaces.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or its users.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create — your reflections, notes, and community posts. By posting content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the right to share it.

6. Payments

The core experience is free to start. If we offer paid features, the price and terms will be shown before you purchase. Payments are handled by a third-party processor. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. We will give notice of any pricing changes.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, and software, is owned by Enneagram AI Coach and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without our permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enneagram AI Coach will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
