Enneagram AI Coach (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Enneagram AI Coach, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account details — such as your name and email address when you sign up.
• Assessment responses — the answers you give during the Enneagram assessment, and your resulting type.
• Coaching conversations — messages you exchange with the AI coach, and reflections or notes you choose to save.
• Community content — anything you post in community spaces within the app.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data — how you interact with the app, collected via privacy-respecting analytics.
• Device and log data — basic technical information such as browser type and approximate region, used to keep the service secure and working.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Provide your assessment results and personalised coaching.
• Remember your type and history so the experience feels continuous and personal.
• Operate, maintain, and improve the app.
• Communicate with you about your account or important updates.
• Keep the service safe and prevent abuse.

3. AI coaching and third-party processors

Our AI coaching feature is powered by third-party AI providers. When you chat with the coach, the content of your messages is sent to that provider solely to generate a response. We work with reputable providers and do not permit your conversations to be used to train their models where that option is available to us.

We rely on trusted service providers to run Enneagram AI Coach, including:

• Hosting and database — to store your account and content securely.
• AI processing — to power coaching responses.
• Payment processing — if you choose a paid plan, payments are handled by a third-party processor; we never store your full card details.
• Analytics — to understand usage in aggregate.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers described above, when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public. Community content you post is visible to other users by design.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion at any time, after which we remove your personal data except where we are legally required to retain certain records.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us at privacy@enneacoach.io.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your data and limit access to it.

8. Children

Enneagram AI Coach is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
